Beauty Advisor Role

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your passion for beauty and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

  • Key responsibilities include providing outstanding in-store experiences, promoting the store as the destination for health, beauty & wellbeing, and creating inviting product-focused environments.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support across all aspects of the business. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop your skills in merchandising and visual display.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your expertise in beauty products and services
  • Enhance your communication and interpersonal skills through regular feedback and coaching
  • Work closely with the store management team to implement sales strategies and visual displays that drive sales growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics-related field
  • A makeup or beauty qualification (preferably)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A creative flair for merchandising and visual display
