Functional Specialist for Peoplesoft Campus Management

This role involves delivering high-quality solutions to customers using Peoplesoft Campus Management.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers and colleagues, developing design specifications, configuring and building solutions, designing security measures, planning and managing testing activities, providing functional inputs, training and mentoring team members, and transitioning knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop design specifications for customisations and enhancements.
  • Configure and build Peoplesoft solutions.
  • Implement security measures.
  • Plan and manage testing activities.
  • Provide functional inputs to other streams.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Transition knowledge.

Key Skills Required:

  • Advanced understanding of Peoplesoft Campus Solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Experience implementing or supporting Peoplesoft Campus Solutions.
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills.
  • Prior experience working in a formal project environment.
  • Proven ability to perform analysis, design, configuration and test activities.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
