Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers with their battery needs.
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Replace various types of batteries, primarily automotive batteries both in store and on call outs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct battery testing and installations, primarily automotive batteries.
  • Attend onsite call outs to for battery replacements and jump starts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay informed above product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ba sic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
  • Fork lift licence is a plus or willingness to obtain one.
