We are seeking a seasoned Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our dynamic team at AFL Recruitment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced, award-winning plaintiff personal injury law firm with a strong focus on growth and development. As a senior member of the team, you will have the autonomy to manage your own practice and clients, while also mentoring and training junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, including workers compensation, common law, CTP, TPD, and public liability cases;
  • Providing technical legal advice to clients and conducting medical assessments;
  • Liaising with insurers and solicitors to resolve claims efficiently;
  • Drafting and filing court documents, as well as attending settlement conferences;
  • Mentoring and training junior lawyers to develop their skills and knowledge;
  • Participating in business development projects to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in personal injury law, preferably in a plaintiff firm;
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex claims and achieving favorable outcomes;
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with excellent time management skills;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and results.

What We Offer:
