About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team and provide essential support to our lawyers and the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to support our lawyers and the business.
  • Draft, review and edit complex legal documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with preparing updates on relevant legal issues to ensure our clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Manage processes for approval and execution of contracts with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize electronic legal records and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in law or a related field is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role within an in-house legal environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are critical.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
