Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Child Protection

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Social Worker to provide high-quality psychosocial assessments and complex discharge planning for patients in oncology wards. This role involves working closely with medical teams to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments for oncology patients
  • Lead complex discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide support to patients, families, and carers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Social Work
  • Current or eligible AASW registration
  • Strong skills in discharge planning and assessments
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (including booster)
