Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit team member to join our Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team. The successful candidate will work autonomously and in a group setting, ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role involves working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors. You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain experience in a fast-paced environment. We offer comprehensive training in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
  • Commitment to providing great customer experiences
  • Keen eye for detail and cleanliness
  • Passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe work practices
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 17kgs
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week
