Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
  • Good physical fitness and stamina, with ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Professional and clear communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
