We are actively seeking a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospital. The successful candidate will work in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where they will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe recovery environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the PACU, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all nursing interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, prioritising patient needs and preferences.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. A minimum of 2 years' experience in theatres or ICU settings is required, along with a Working with Children check. Floor manager experience or a willingness to develop in this space would be highly desirable.
