Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Neurology and Stroke Unit at a leading hospital. This is a permanent opportunity for Full Time or Part Time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the broader healthcare team.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Utilize clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

The Neurology case-mix comprises chronic neurological conditions requiring specialized nursing care through enhanced assessment skills, infusions and medication management.

This position requires immunization and screening for certain diseases.
