About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in New South Wales. As a key member of our consumer finance team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the NSW market by leveraging our existing broker partnerships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage existing broker relationships and proactively identify new opportunities to grow our business in NSW
  • Bring a highly commercial and strategic approach to complement your sales and relationship management expertise
  • Develop and execute broker development strategies to meet sales and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitive
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales/finance account management, preferably in third-party intermediated channels within NSW
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and growth targets in the broker industry
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting
  • Ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels
