Senior Asset Management Leader

This executive contract position requires a senior professional to provide strategic advice and leadership on asset management planning and infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective asset management methodologies and policies for Queensland schools and early childhood education centers.
  • Provide high-level guidance on infrastructure, planning, and asset management matters to executives, senior management, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the allocation of maintenance funding, including establishing business rules and performance indicators.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform long-term investment decisions and guide asset life cycle assessments.
  • Prepare reports, briefing notes, and correspondence on infrastructure and asset management issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team in fostering collaboration, capability development, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
