Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, driving strategic growth and transformation in our business.

This is a permanent full-time position that will be based at our Head Office. As Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement a targeted talent acquisition strategy aligned with our workforce transformation goals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People and Performance Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and recognise and reward achievement
  • Monitor and analyse key talent acquisition metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a tertiary-qualified leader with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition leadership, particularly in recruiting technical talent.

You should have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as data-driven decision-making abilities.
