This full-time administration position involves supporting business operations and managing front desk reception duties in a fast-paced office environment.
Key tasks include handling incoming telephone enquiries, bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services, allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians, and maintaining site cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and pass on messages as required.
- Coordinate bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.
- Allocate new referrals to clinicians based on their experience, location and skill set.
- Organise interpreter or AUSLAN services when needed.
- Maintain site cleanliness and prepare events.
- Complete site audits as necessary.
- Respond to voicemail requests and take action.
- Review and forward faxes as required.
- Create and update electronic records for clients.
- Assist with reporting as needed.
- Prior experience in administration or reception is desirable but not essential.
- A friendly and personable nature with excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and task prioritisation skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and adapt to new information.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
