Building Conflict Resolution Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving building disputes, including conflicts related to construction, alterations and renovations, extensions, demolitions, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the appropriate action for cases, including escalation where necessary
- Make recommendations for Dispute Resolution Orders when agreement cannot be reached
- Facilitate conciliation meetings in various settings
- Document case actions, communications, and decision-making using MS Dynamics
About You
- Experience working within a similar complaint-focused organisation
- Confidence in dispute resolution techniques
- Ability to manage competing high-volume caseloads
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
