We are seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to join our team at Glen Osmond Grove Care Community. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individualized plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and maintain resident health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant staff members.
- Cert III & IV in Individual Support / Aged Care
- Certificate in Disability
- Nursing students
- Work/life balance with flexible hours
