What You'll Do
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Support dignity, independence, and person-centred care

Essential

What You'll Need
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Understanding of aged care and person-centred practices
  • A caring, respectful, and reliable approach
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable
  • Previous experience in residential aged care
  • Ability to speak Italian is a bonus (not essential)
