Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to design and implement secure network, system, and application architectures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in translating technical requirements into infrastructure and software capabilities, evaluating and recommending security technologies, tools, and solutions, conducting risk assessments and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities, and assisting in solving technical and performance problems within the technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network, system, and application architectures.
  • Translate technical requirements into infrastructure and software capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and solutions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in solving technical and performance problems within the technical infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design in Oracle-based environments.
  • 5+ years proven experience in security architecture, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of network security, cryptography, identity and access management, and cloud security.
  • Strong Linux (OEL/RHEL) system administration skills.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) infrastructure architecting with recent hands-on OCI implementation and BAU support experience.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

  • Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture experience in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Exadata Cloud@Customer or TeamIM.
  • Strong familiarity in supporting Oracle DBAs on Oracle-based infrastructure.
  • Relevant OCI & Oracle certifications.

You must have the ability to obtain a Government security clearance.
