Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a best practice communication approach for operational updates and changes, and providing quality assurance for all operational communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Communication Approach
    • Establish a best practice communication approach for operational updates and changes.
    • Provide quality assurance for all operational communications.
  • Lead Initiatives
    • Lead initiatives which identify and encourage improvements to knowledge resource content and platforming.
    • Result in a reduction of queries and reliance on SMEs.
  • Maintain Knowledge Materials
    • Maintain a centralised catalogue of knowledge materials.
    • Consideration for audience, reviewers and owners.
  • Document Control
    • Owning and maintaining a simple, clear and consistent document control standard for all knowledge resources.
    • Alignment with eFinancialCareers Ltd. corporate standards.

About You

  • Experience
    • Experience in Verint knowledge systems is highly preferred.
  • Skills
    • Self-motivated, customer focused and able to work collaboratively in a complex team environment.
    • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
    • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
