Job Opportunity Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their medical equipment is properly maintained and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, including software and hardware upgrades.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Participate in the sales process, providing technical support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolutions and maintenance activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree-level education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment, including ultrasound and diagnostic X-ray systems.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full Australian driver's license and working rights within Australia.
