As a graduate nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and transition into independent practice with our comprehensive graduate program. Our 12-month program is designed to help early career nurses like you enhance their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have completed a nursing course after June 2025 or be expected to complete it at least one month before starting.

  • Evidence of Australian working rights

  • Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays
