Brand Portfolio Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the growth of our FMCG brand portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned brand manager to drive business expansion and improve brand health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that enhance consumer preference and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead media planning and budget optimization initiatives to boost ROI and brand awareness.
  • Oversee digital strategy across social, retail media, and online platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage packaging design to ensure impactful shelf presence and alignment with brand architecture.
  • Lead a small team of 3 and provide guidance on career development opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management within FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in brand architecture, media management, digital strategy, and packaging.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable plans and drive business results.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
