Proactive Cleaning Specialist

We are a dynamic team driven by a shared purpose to create better experiences together for a better tomorrow.

As a key member of our Proactive Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring stores are pristine and customers have an exceptional experience. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, collect trolleys, and support store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms.
  • Collect trolleys on foot from car parks and surrounding areas.
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions or providing directions.

Requirements:

  • A physical fitness level that enables comfortable handling of physically demanding tasks.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday with shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
