We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive our brand's influence and credibility in the specialty coffee world. As a creative all-rounder, you will help position our brands as leaders by developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies.
This role requires someone who can see the bigger picture, identify opportunities and risks early, and execute with confidence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our people, coffee, and relationships behind every cup.
You will script, film, and edit high-quality video content across various platforms, capturing photography and producing written content to strengthen our brand presence. Integrated campaigns from concept to delivery, tracking results, and refining strategies will also be key aspects of your role.
A strong industry and community network will be crucial in extending our reach and reputation. If you have experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar field, and possess practical skills in video production, photography, and design, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a marketing strategy that builds influence and credibility in specialty coffee.
- Script, film, edit, and publish high-quality video content across various platforms.
- Capture photography, produce written content, and create visual assets to strengthen brand presence.
- Manage integrated campaigns from concept to delivery, tracking results, and refining strategies.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and high visual standards across all channels.
- Build strong industry and community connections to extend our reach and reputation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Qualification in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Practical skills in video production, photography, and design, with strong capability in Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite.
- Confidence working across multiple platforms and marketing tools.
- Understanding of the specialty coffee industry or ability to learn it quickly and deeply.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work independently.
- Proven success in growing organic social media reach.
- Experience with Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.
- Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies, both on-page and off-page.
