Nude Lucy seeks a skilled Apparel Quality Specialist to maintain our premium wardrobe essentials' quality and fit standards. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every piece reflects our elevated aesthetic.

We're known for crafting everyday pieces with ease, intention, and modern sophistication. In this role, you'll oversee the fit process from proto to final shipment across all apparel categories – guaranteeing seamless alignment between creative vision and technical execution.

- Key Responsibilities:

">

* Manage the fit process across all apparel categories
* Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic
* Attend fit sessions, provide expert input, and manage related specs and adjustments
* Communicate detailed fit comments to suppliers at every stage – Proto, SMS, and Pre-Production
* Grade garments across size ranges with clear tolerances and quality standards
* Liaise with offshore factories on fit, pattern, and workmanship concerns
* Maintain critical paths to hit development and production timelines
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve garment quality, construction, and fit

Requirements:

">

* 4+ years' experience as an Apparel Quality Specialist (preferably in fashion/apparel)
* Tertiary qualifications in Design, Pattern Making, and/or Grading
* Advanced knowledge of garment construction, specs, and tech packs
* Strong experience with fabric testing and quality assurance
* Excellent time management skills with multiple deadlines
* Clear, confident communicator with strong supplier management skills
* A detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset
* Pattern making skills and a passion for minimal, modern fashion
