Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist/Customer Service representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.

Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing assistance with membership sales, retail products, and general inquiries.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the gym, including the shop front and gym floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
