Brand Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Design Leader to spearhead our brand design efforts. This role requires a creative visionary with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to drive recognition, distinction, and emotional connection through compelling brand design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand design strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Visual Identity: Create and implement visual identity systems that reflect our brand's values and personality.
  • Creative Direction: Provide guidance and direction to designers and creatives to ensure consistency and quality across all assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn creative ideas into tangible results.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in brand, communication, or visual design within a studio or agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing breadth of brand-building work across multiple formats and industries.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
