Job Title: Digital Transformation Architect

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the transformation of our clients' business systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for charting the architecture direction for either the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Human Resources/Finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define strategic roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies that align with the enterprise strategy.
  • Evaluate existing systems and design future-state models to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for scalable, modernized platforms.
  • Contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation and evaluation to support vendor selection and options analysis.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all phases to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with the wider transformation and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with operating model changes and long-term organizational needs.
  • Support delivery teams with frameworks, capability modeling, and solution reviews to maintain architectural consistency across streams.

The successful candidate must possess experience as a Solutions Architect conducting options analysis to support RFP preparation on large-scale system replacements with dependencies across HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other business systems. Prior experience within financial services or insurance is essential for the CRM stream.

Requirements:
  • Mid-senior level experience in Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience in conducting options analysis to support RFP preparation.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders.
Working Arrangements:
  • 12-month contract based in Brisbane CBD with 50% remote work arrangement.
