As a key member of our team, you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy of 'Feel Valued' and 'Feel Welcome.'

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Chef to join our experienced and professional kitchen team. Our Commis Chefs provide service between our a la carte and buffet environments. We are focused on exciting our guests with flair and enthusiasm and demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service and the kitchen.

Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality food products to lounge passengers.
  • Demonstrate flair, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for customer service and the kitchen.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification - Certificate IV in Cookery.
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5-star environment is desirable.
  • The successful applicant will need to obtain a federal police clearance in order to work in the restricted areas associated with the airport.
