As a dedicated Support Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering culturally sensitive and inclusive care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized case management and tailored support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and families.
- Forge strong community partnerships with agencies, carers, and families to establish sustainable support networks.
- Deliver culturally inclusive programs that foster healing, resilience, and well-being.

Requirements:

- Current driver's licence and National Police Certificate.
