Job Description

In this role, you will have the autonomy to shape innovative programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your expertise in early childhood education will enable you to design and implement contemporary practices that meet the evolving needs of our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and promote holistic development in children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience in the early childhood sector (desirable).
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
