We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Grade 1 Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to gain early career experience working in a well-supported multi-disciplinary team environment.

About Your Role

As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for making a difference to the lives of patients through psychosocial assessments and provision of clinical interventions. You will work collaboratively with your Social Work and Multidisciplinary team colleagues to achieve excellence in patient care across acute to community care settings.

The Skills We Need
  • You want to expand your Social Work skills and work with a dynamic professional team
  • You have qualifications acceptable for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and in co-operation with others
  • You have clinical skills and experience in comprehensive assessment, counselling and discharge planning
