The successful candidate will focus on addressing economic and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Work on the trade-on and sale of distressed entities
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings
  • Investigate company failures and compile reports
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, suppliers, customers, and lenders
  • Conduct financial modelling for reports such as financial due diligence and business reviews
  • Optimise working capital to release additional cash
  • Support business transformation strategies
Key Skills:

We are looking for a degree in Accounting or Finance and an interest in obtaining a CA qualification. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, good lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
