This is an exciting opportunity to join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Full-time, Temporary Contract Patient Flow Nurse Unit Manager.
As a Patient Flow Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of patients throughout the healthcare system.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing patient flow processes
- Managing bed availability
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services to the community.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, along with substantial experience in a clinical leadership position.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of patient flow processes are essential.
This is a Temporary Contract position based in Various locations within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN, and the contract will conclude on 05-15-2025.
