We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Perth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and sustainable relationship with clients, ensuring contractual requirements are met and communicated effectively, and overseeing and approving the design, procurement, and drawing requirements for the project.

You will lead and manage the project team, including active participation in site meetings, and ensure WHS legislation and policy are adhered to at all times. You will also manage and schedule the planning of activities, sequence of work, and productivity, and manage the financial performance of the project by actively monitoring all aspects of the project, ensuring procurement, productivity, financials, and valid variations are issued.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management, estimating, and tendering within the air-conditioning or refrigeration sector, and will be able to have clear and effective communication with any party within the project timeline, including suppliers, clients, staff, etc. They will also have demonstrated excellence in written and verbal English.
