We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Governance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Defence security requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security clearances held by company employees, provide advice on clearance maintenance, and establish relationships with key agencies.
  • Ensure security-related requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding are met.
  • Coordinate security measures for overseas travel of security clearance holders.
  • Implement and oversee security protocols for national security classified material.
  • Prepare visit advice for security-cleared employees entering sensitive areas.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of Defence security environment and practices.
  • Working knowledge of security alarm and access control systems.
  • Experience handling national security classified information.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Operational experience with IT systems like the Defence Protected Network.
