Description

Deluxe Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our Cinema team.

Position Summary:

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Film Studio clients by ensuring marketing and theatrical assets arrive to cinemas in time for screenings and theatrical release dates.

Main Duties:

This is a busy role, requiring high level of attention to detail, flexible thinking and strong problem solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • High volume data entry
  • Support Client Services teams and logistics partners to coordinate the distribution of assets through our various delivery networks
  • Support Warehouse staff with some physical operations during periods of increased activity
  • Customer Service support for our clients in film distribution and exhibition
  • Invoice preparation support to consolidate data for accounts
  • Administrative support as needed for the Client Service team
  • Managing competing priorities and trouble-shoot with urgency
  • Able to be adaptable as systems and workflows are regularly transitioning

Experience, Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Degree qualification highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience in Freight and Logistics highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience in a Client Service position in the entertainment industry and/or traditional post production background highly regarded but not essential
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
  • Professional communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Highly organized and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong problem solving and technical ability
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
  • Ability to work supervised and autonomously
