Job Opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Home Inspection Specialist to carry out ad-hoc home inspections as needed.

This is a flexible subcontractor role where you will invoice us for a flat fee of $45 per inspection, incurred when carrying out a home inspection on our behalf.

Hrs of work will vary and depend on requirements week to week/month to month. You must be able to speak to agents and other clients, possess excellent communication skills, and be computer literate.

You will need to have your own car and be willing to use it for inspections, with mileage included in the flat fee. Inspections are usually no longer than a 20-minute drive from your home location.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has flexibility and time on their side. You will need to be available as and when needed, usually with a few days' notice.

The role would suit a retired or semi-retired individual who has experience searching for rentals and is familiar with Perth, WA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out home inspections as required
  • Invoice us for a flat fee of $45 per inspection

  • Be computer literate and able to take video on their phone
  • Use their own car for inspections, with mileage included in the flat fee
