
Information and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Information and Events Coordinator to join our team.
- This is a key role in supporting the delivery of information and events activities across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for coordinating information and records management activities, including preparing information material and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of information material in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Coordinate the design, development and implementation of internal and external communication products and activities.
Requirements:
- Highly developed understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and organisational policy requirements.
- Ability to organise workflow and make independent decisions relating to area of responsibility.
- Capacity to interpret and provide advice within the information function based on legislation, policy and procedures.
