Job Title: Investment Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing superannuation accounts, handling account rollovers, processing payments, and coordinating transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Administration: Opening and maintaining client accounts.
  • Daily Operations: Managing day-to-day tasks, monitoring ticket queues, and resolving issues within strict timeframes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in fund management, platforms, or custody environments with knowledge of custody and superannuation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tertiary degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
