  • Commercial Performance: Supports leadership to achieve sales, membership, expenditure, and profit targets. Demonstrates accountability for store performance by maximizing resource allocation and executing processes to drive profitability and efficiency.">
  • Operations: Works with the Assistant Store Manager to secure a compliant back of house area and ensures incidents are reported through the incident reporting tool.">
  • Inventory Management: Sustains inventory integrity within the store through weekly cycle counts, efficiently and accurately reporting and adjusting inventory variances, and achieving shrinkage targets.">
  • Culture and People: Supports a culture of inclusion and positivity through open feedback and living values within the team.">
