Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to take on the role of Retail Merchandising Specialist within the dynamic beverage alcohol sector.

This pivotal position is designed to deliver exceptional sales support and ensure top-tier merchandising standards across the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships within retail environments.
  • Implement and manage impactful product display initiatives, including features and racks in both Private and Government Retail.
  • Collaborate with store partners to guarantee optimal product rotation from back stock to retail displays and shelves.
  • Ensure that monthly promotions are effectively communicated and showcased to consumers through appropriate tagging at displays and shelves.
  • Utilize shelf talkers, neck-tags, and other value-added materials to enhance product visibility.
  • Conduct regular price checks on SKUs and update tags as necessary.
  • Apply, maintain, and refresh branded point-of-sale materials in partner stores, including backer cards, shelf talkers, case cards, posters, price cards, and fridge clings.
  • Ensure that Arterra products are correctly shelved and maintain this organization consistently.
  • Uphold the overall appearance of products and displays, ensuring they are dust-free and accurately priced.
  • Capture images of displays, competitor setups, and new product offerings.
  • Monitor and report on the distribution compliance of key new products.
  • Maintain open communication with the territory Sales Representative and Sales Manager regarding buyer preferences, inventory issues, and market insights.
  • Complete daily tasks diligently and report on progress accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Must provide a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Residency within or near the sales territory is essential.
  • Capability to lift cases weighing up to 45 pounds regularly.
