Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for maintaining high visual merchandising standards across our stores, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the state team to achieve high visual merchandising standards across stores
  • Implement National Visual Merchandising directives and ensure adherence
  • Travel to and assist in new store set-ups
  • Marketing/Promotion/Sale/VM follow-up and implementation in stores
  • Maintain VM & store presentation standards across stores
  • Train and develop in-store teams to ensure all VM standards are followed
  • Provide feedback to store managers, regional teams, and head office regarding VM standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in creative/visual merchandising
  • Photos of previous creative work to be submitted with your application
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, and a passion for creative work
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and ambition to build a career
