Workshop Leader Position

Lead a team of workshop engineers to carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and expected timeframes.

  • Carry out repairs and oversee the repair work conducted by workshop engineers, guaranteeing conformity with quality norms and predicted timelines.
  • Ensure efficient diagnosis and repair of faulty modules within predicted timeframes, maintaining optimal quality levels throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop area.
  • Hold regular team meetings to facilitate communication and information sharing among team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure the workshop team is correctly equipped with tools and resources required to undertake repairs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Completed a recognised engineering or electro-mechanical qualification or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in mechanical techniques and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven with a solution-orientated approach.
