Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Test Lead to join our team. As a Technical Test Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies and plans based on project requirements. You will also lead test execution and defect management, and be responsible for implementing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured. Additionally, you will contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of automation testers in an onshore/offshore model
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Strong experience in UI, API automation using Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, and Postman
  • Strong experience in mobile applications automation using Appium, Headspin, and Selenium (Java)
  • Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation frameworks
  • Experience in API automation testing
  • Experience in BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD
  • Experience in scripting/development experience (Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)
  • Experience in code coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.
  • Experience in working with build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, etc.
  • Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
  • Experience in code version controlling tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Experience in project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally, etc.
