Description: We are seeking a highly experienced administration officer to provide administrative support at an executive level. As an Executive Assistant, you will coordinate the full range of administrative and clerical support services for the Manager of Rehabilitation and Aged Care Services, Outpatient Services, and Allied Health, as well as the Manager of Corporate Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diary management, monitor and screen telephone enquiries, and manage incoming communications.">
  • Manage work priorities and workflow within allocated resources to support efficient service delivery.">
  • Prepare accurate and concise reports, briefings, correspondence, and other documentation.">
  • Provide high-level secretariat support to meetings and committees, including preparation and distribution of documents.">
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders to facilitate delivery of high-quality patient-focused services.">
  • Maintain corporate records, databases, and asset inventory control.">
