As a key player in our project management efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient administrative processes to support this multi program group within our organisation.
Initially office-based at our Mount Kuring-Gai depot, the position has the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week, once fully trained in the role requirements.The Company:MIRAIT Technologies Australia is a leader in the energy, telecommunications, and ICT infrastructure construction and maintenance space.

Job Description The Role:Reporting to the Project Officer, you will work closely with the project team to maintain and coordinate critical project artefacts, including program trackers, schedules, purchase requisitions, and project extension requirements.
You will oversee document management, program reporting, and provide high-level administrative support as required.
This position requires effective communication with the external workforce, field supervisory staff, and internal teams to ensure streamlined operations.Duties will include but not be limited to:Communicate with program staff to maintain trackers across the various work programs.Coordinate and ensure effective record management practices are applied to contracts and projects.Manage and maintain purchase requisitions/orders through the company's database.At the request of operational staff, initiate and track requests for extensions of time (EOT's) through the company's database.Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, packs and reports.Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the life of a project/program by conducting quality assurance tests.Respond to requests for information in a timely and accurate manner.Assist with the resolution of complaints, disputes and escalations.Perform detailed problem solving in a fast paced, demanding environment.Understand and take accountability for the compliance, quality and timeliness of work performed.
Desired Skills and Experience You:To secure an interview for this great local opportunity, it is desirable you can meet the following:Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
