Job Title: Visitor Experience Team Member

About the role:

We are seeking customer-focused hospitality professionals to join our team as Casual Visitor Experience Team Members. In this role, you will be part of the overall customer experience, from greeting guests with a warm smile to serving at the bar or assisting with events. Your goal will be to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

This casual role is ideal for someone looking to pick up extra hours and who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You will work across live shows, functions, and special events, helping bring the energy, excitement, and comfort that makes our venue a true entertainment destination.

Key requirements:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Willingness to obtain a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) if not already held
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional presentation
  • Reliable and available for flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school/university breaks
  • Physically able to assist with event setup and pack-down
  • Comfortable handling cash and EFTPOS transactions

Benefits:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer an hourly rate of $35.37 plus weekend/public holiday penalty rates and super. As a casual employee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with flexible hours to suit your needs.
