Our company is seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead and drive the growth of our operational functions. As an Operations Director, you will be at the forefront of our expansive network, overseeing diverse sectors that are critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient processes, ensuring smooth flow of goods and services.
• Oversee daily operational activities, identify bottlenecks, and continuously seek areas for improvement.
• Manage and optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with the company's objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to track operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• A strong focus on process optimization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
