Our College is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school's buildings and grounds are well maintained and presented.

Role

The primary function of this role is to provide maintenance and repair services to the school's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing structures, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and students in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on school facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or trades role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
